What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is 1 month. You are of course welcome to stay for several months or longer.
How can I check availability and book a studio?
Simply contact us with your preferred studio and dates. We’ll be happy to confirm availability and guide you through the booking process.
Can I book a studio from abroad before arriving in Budapest?
Absolutely. The entire booking process and rental agreement can be completed remotely, so you do not need to be in Budapest to secure your studio.
Can I visit a studio before booking?
Of course. If you are already in Budapest, simply contact us and we’ll be happy to arrange a visit whenever possible.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes, subject to availability. Extensions are possible for a minimum of one additional month, so we recommend contacting us as early as possible.
What is included in the monthly rent?
The monthly rent includes water, electricity, building common charges and unlimited Wi-Fi. Electricity includes up to 150 kWh per month, additional consumption is charged at €0.20/kWh (approx. HUF 80/kWh).
How are utilities and electricity handled?
Everything is handled for you, with no utility contracts or account changes required. Meter readings are recorded at check-in, monthly and at check-out, and detailed consumption information will be provided when applicable.
Is a security deposit required and when is it returned?
Yes. A security deposit is required upon signing the rental agreement, before moving in, and will be returned after check-out subject to the terms of the agreement.
When and how do I pay the rent?
Rent can be paid by bank transfer. All payment details, amounts and due dates will be clearly provided when signing your rental agreement.
Are there any additional fees?
No, there are no additional fees beyond those previously mentioned. If you wish, professional cleaning can also be arranged during or at the end of your stay for HUF 30,000 per service.
Do I need to sign a rental agreement?
Yes. A rental agreement specifying the rental period, terms and all relevant details will be signed before your stay.
What documents are required to rent a studio?
A valid identity document or passport is required to complete the rental agreement.
How is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is officially confirmed once the security deposit and required initial payment have been received, after which you will receive confirmation of your rental.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes. Your bed will be prepared with fresh, clean bed linen before arrival, and towels for two guests will also be provided.
Is Wi-Fi available in the studios?
Yes. Fast, unlimited Wi-Fi is included in every studio at no additional cost.
How many people can stay in a studio?
Each studio is designed for two guests. A third guest may be accommodated with a sofa bed upon request, please let us know in advance so we can prepare everything before your arrival.
Can I rent multiple studios for a family or group of friends?
Absolutely. You can rent two or all three studios together, making them ideal for families or groups of friends travelling together. As the studios are located next to each other, everyone can stay close while still enjoying the privacy of their own space.
How do check-in and check-out work?
A key handover appointment will be arranged according to your arrival time. We’ll welcome you to the studio, show you around, provide the necessary information and record the meter readings before leaving you to settle in and feel at home.
Who should I contact if there is a problem during my stay?
If you experience any issue with Wi-Fi, plumbing, electricity or anything else, you’ll have a dedicated phone number and email address to contact us so we can assist you and arrange an intervention as quickly as possible.
Are the studios pet-friendly?
Unfortunately, as much as we love our four-legged friends, pets are not permitted in the studios.
Is smoking allowed in the studios?
No, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studios. If additional professional cleaning is required due to cigarette or smoke odours, the associated cleaning costs may be charged to the tenant.
Can someone else stay in my studio?
Yes. For legal reasons, anyone staying in the studio must be included in the rental agreement. Simply contact us beforehand so we can add them to the contract at no additional cost.
Where are Budapest Studios located?
Budapest Studios are located at 57 Hársfa utca, 1074 Budapest, in central District VII, within easy reach of the city centre and many of Budapest’s main attractions.
What public transport is available nearby?
Getting around Budapest is easy, with tram lines 4 and 6 and Metro M2 within a short walk, providing convenient connections across the city.
What shops and everyday services are nearby?
Everything you need for everyday life is within easy walking distance, including supermarkets, grocery stores, pharmacies, cafés and restaurants.
Is parking available?
There is no private parking available at the property. Public street parking is available in the surrounding area and may be subject to Budapest’s local parking regulations and fees.
Is there a washing machine in the studio?
Yes. Each studio has its own washing machine, making it easy to take care of your laundry during longer stays.
Is there air conditioning and heating?
Yes. The studios are equipped for year-round comfort, with air conditioning during the warmer months and heating during winter.
How much does it cost to rent a studio?
Each studio is available from €850 per month (approximately 310,000 HUF). The exact amount in Hungarian forints may vary depending on the current exchange rate. Please contact us to confirm availability and the final price for your stay.
