Located in District VII, the studio provides easy access to tram lines 4 and 6, buses and the M2 metro. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants and everyday services are also available nearby.

Practical Information

You can easily make a reservation through our website by clicking the “Book Now” button. Simply send us your preferred dates, and we’ll confirm availability and guide you through the rental process, including the contract and payment details.

The minimum rental period is one month.

The monthly rent includes water, electricity, building common charges and unlimited Wi-Fi. Electricity includes up to 150 kWh per month, additional consumption is charged at €0.20/kWh (approx. HUF 80/kWh).

Each studio is available from €850 per month (approximately 310,000 HUF). The exact amount in Hungarian forints may vary depending on the current exchange rate. Please contact us to confirm availability and the final price for your stay.

To keep our studios fresh and welcoming for every guest, smoking is not permitted indoors. If you wish to smoke, we simply ask that you do so outside.

Each studio is designed for two guests. A third guest may be accommodated with a sofa bed upon request, please let us know in advance so we can prepare everything before your arrival.

Absolutely. You can rent two or all three studios together, making them ideal for families or groups of friends travelling together. As the studios are located next to each other, everyone can stay close while still enjoying the privacy of their own space.
